Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

The Digital package and all digital deliverables (QR cinematic experience, PDF certificate) are delivered electronically via email and/or WhatsApp, typically within a few hours of a confirmed order.

Physical delivery

Physical packages (Silver, Royal Gold) are shipped by courier across India. Estimated timelines from order confirmation:

• Silver — 3–5 working days
• Royal Gold — 5–7 working days

These are estimates and may vary with location, courier delays, or festive-season load. Shipping is free across India unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping name, phone number and address (including PIN code) are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking

Where available, we will share tracking details by email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at specialstargift@gmail.com and we will help resolve it — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

International shipping

We currently ship physical items within India only. Customers outside India can purchase the Digital package, which is delivered electronically worldwide.
