• Order details — recipient name(s), dedication date, occasion, personal message, city, and (for physical orders) shipping name, phone and address.
• Contact details — your name, email and phone number, used to deliver the gift and provide support.
• Payment information — processed directly by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card or bank details.
• Technical data — basic usage/log data your browser sends automatically.

2. How we use your information

• To create and fulfil your order (assign the star, generate the experience, certificate and poster, and ship physical items).
• To deliver the gift and communicate with you about your order.
• To provide customer support and process refunds where applicable.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our payment gateway (Razorpay), email/messaging providers, and courier partners for physical delivery. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Public registry

Our public registry page lets anyone verify a dedication by its certificate number. It displays only non-sensitive information — the star details, recipient name, occasion, date and message. It never exposes your email, phone or address.

5. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/tax requirements. You may request deletion of your personal contact data (subject to records we must retain by law).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing specialstargift@gmail.com.

8. Children

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
